How to make
Add the baking powder, oil, salt and samardala to the yoghurt.
Stir well. Add the beaten egg, crumbled feta and finely grated cheese as well.
Add in the flour spoon by spoon - 3 tbsp or more to get a thick dough.
Pour spoonfuls of the dough in an oiled pan and fry the fritters on both sides. Serve the ready fritters for breakfast, with ayran or yoghurt.
