Ingredients

  • fruit filling
  • oranges - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • bananas - 2
  • brandy - 2 tbsp
  • sugar - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • flour - 2 2/3 tbsp (40 g)
  • for the crumbs
  • butter - 1/2 cup (125 g)
  • flour - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • almonds - 1/3 cup (80 g), peeled
  • sugar - 2/5 cup (100 g)

How to make

For the doughy crumbs: Mix the flour and butter in a bowl. The butter needs to be soft. Rub them between your hands to form crumbs. Add the sugar and chopped almonds. Stir.

For the fruit filling: Peel the bananas and cut them into cubes. Peel the oranges, separate them into pieces and remove the white parts. Then, cut each piece into 3.

Put the fruits, brandy, flour and sugar in a bowl and stir everything.

Pour the fruit filling into a baking form or individual bowls. Distribute the dough crumbs on top.

Bake at 390°F (200 °C) for 40-45 min. with the fan on. Take it out and it's ready to serve.
