How to make
Peel the apples, cut them into large pieces and place them in a deep bowl. Add the orange juice and zest, the raisins, cinammon and brown sugar.
Grease a wide baking tray with around 0.7 oz (20 g) of butter and preheat the oven to 360°F (180 degrees). Add the apple mix into the tray and bake for 10-15 minutes, until they soften.
In the meantime cut the remaining butter into cubes. Mix it with the sifted flour and salt, until it crumbles. Add the oats and walnuts. Transfer the apples into a ceramic baking dish.
Cover them with the crumbled mix and bake in a preheated oven at 390°F (200 degrees) for approximately 30 minutes.
Serve the Crumble with a scoop of ice cream of your preference.
