How to make
Wash and dry the apples. Remove the stems and stick wooden skewers in their place.
Pour the water, vinegar and sugar in a pot. Stir the syrup until it thickens.
Add the confectionery dye.
Dip each apple in the red sugar mixture. Leave them in a tray or plate to harden.
