How to make

Preparing the layer:

Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla until the sugar dissolves. Then, gradually add the flour until homogeneous. Add the breadcrumbs and stir again.

Prepare a cake form with removable walls. Smear it with oil and flour it, to allow you to remove the cake layer easier. Pour in the mixture for the layer and bake at 360°F (180 °C). Check to see if it's ready with a toothpick - if there's no dough stuck to it, the layer is ready (about 30 min).

Preparing the cream mixture:

Pour the cold milk in a bowl, add the 2 packets of cream and beat with a mixer until thickened.

Assembling the cake:

Take the cake layer out once cooled. Cut it into 2 with a sharp knife. Heat the juice from the compote a little and syrup the bottom part of the layer with half of it. Smear with cream mixture and arrange the round slices of bananas.

Put the other layer half on top. Syrup it again. Smear the entire cake with the rest of the cream. Sprinkle the sides of the cake with coconut flakes. Decorate with pieces of mandarins and sugar sprinkles on top.
