How to make
Cut the pork into steaks and tenderize them with a mallet, then salt and sprinkle them with black pepper.
Put them in a pan with oil and fry on both sides until ready. Pour in the wine when flipping them over to the other side and let it evaporate. Take the ready steaks off the heat.
In a pot, put the butter and fry the mushrooms, which you've cut beforehand.
Put the ready steaks in a plate, put some cherry jam on top, fried mushrooms on the sides and serve.
