How to make
Beat the eggs with the sugar in a deep bowl with the mixer on high, until they whiten.
Add the oil, then the yoghurt. Finally, add the flour, which you've sifted ahead of time.
Beat until you get a smooth consistency. Add the grated lemon rind to it as well.
Pour the resulting mixture into a cake form and bake in a preheated 370°F (190 °C) oven.
Bake the cake until your toothpick comes out dry when you poke it. Take the cake out to cool and invert into a suitable plate.
Once it's fully cooled, pour the chocolate glaze over it, which is made in a water bath by melting the chocolate and adding the liquid cream. It needs to be smooth.
Decorate the cake as desired.
