  • for the cake layer
  • biscuits - 2 packets, tea
  • butter - 1/2 cup (125 g), melted
  • cocoa - 2 tbsp
  • for the filling
  • sour cream - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • cream cheese - 1 1/2 cups (375 g)
  • dark chocolate - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • powdered sugar - 5 tbsp
  • gelatin - 1
  • for the topping
  • dark chocolate - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • confectionery cream - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g), liquid
  • butter - 2 tbsp
  • for the decoration
  • biscuits - 1/2 packet
  • butter - 1/2 packet
  • coconut flakes
  • chocolate - melted

How to make

Grind the biscuits, mix them with the melted butter and cocoa. Stir well and spread them out along the bottom of a cake form. Leave in the fridge to harden.

Beat the cream cheese with the sour cream, powdered sugar, chocolate (melted in a water bath) and gelatin (dissolved in a water bath). Pour the mixture over the cake layer and put it in the fridge.

Prepare the topping by mixing the confectionery cream, crumbled to pieces chocolate and the butter. Heat it up, while stirring until the chocolate and butter melt.

Once slightly cooled, pour it over the cheesecake. Prepare the decoration by grinding the biscuits and mixing them with the melted butter. Shape balls out of it, roll them in coconut flakes, sprinkle with melted chocolate and arrange them on top of the cheesecake.
