How to make
In a bowl, beat the flour, semolina, baking powder, salt and water to a homogeneous mixture. Leave it aside to sit for a bit, stir again before putting it in the pastry bag.
Make a syrup from the water and sugar by leaving them to come to a boil on the stove. Once the syrup begins to thicken a little, add the turmeric and stir. Boil another 5 min.
Remove it from the stove and let it cool lightly, then add lemon juice.
Heat the oil and begin spraying the dough out in spirals using the pastry bag.
Braise until golden and immediately put them into the cooled syrup. Leave them briefly to soak it up and then serve warm.
