Ingredients

  • biscuits - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • butter - 1/5 cup (60 g)
  • hazelnuts - 2 2/3 tbsp (40 g)
  • sugar - 2 tbsp
  • strawberries - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • liquid cream - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • cream cheese - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • powdered sugar - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • vanilla - 1/2 packet
  • jam - strawberry, for decoration

How to make

Crumble the biscuits and hazelnuts. Then mix them with the heated butter and sugar.

Distribute the mixture along the bottom of a form and leave it in the fridge for 1 hour. Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until fluffy.

Beat the liquid cream separately with the vanilla and add it to the cream cheese. Add 2/3 of the strawberries and stir again.

Pour the resulting mixture over the cooled layer. Make a decoration of strawberry jam as desired and put the cake in the fridge. Upon serving, decorate the dessert with the rest of the strawberries.
