How to make
Beat the yolks with 1/2 cup sugar. Add the flour, starch and 1/2 cup milk. Beat with a mixer.
Bring the rest of the milk to boil with the remaining sugar on low heat. Add the starch and boil on low until it thickens. Let it cool.
Beat the butter to foam and gradually add the creamy mixture to it. Add 3/4 of the coconut flakes and stir.
Place biscotti at the bottom of a cake form and cover them with 1/3 of the cream. Cover with biscotti and put cream again.
The last layer needs to be biscotti covered with cream and sprinkled with coconut flakes. Put the cake for 3 hours in the fridge and then serve.
