How to make
First, prepare the pudding. Boil 1/3 of the milk for it with the sugar. In the rest of the milk, dissolve the pudding and add it to the boiling milk.
Stir until it thickens. Remove from the stove and wait for it to cool. Beat the eggs with the sugar. Add the 1 cup milk, oil and finally the sifted flour with baking powder.
Pour 1/2 of this mixture into a buttered and floured form. Pour the cooled cream over it carefully. Cover with the rest of the mixture.
Bake at 350°F (175 °C) for about 40-45 min. Remove from the oven and leave it to cool. Carefully invert onto a suitable plate.
