How to make
Dissolve the baking soda in the yoghurt, add the rest of the ingredients and knead a dough. For the filling, mix the ingredients together or make a different filling of your choice.
Divide the dough into 8 identical balls, roll them out on a lightly floured surface into thin pitas, slightly larger than a palm.
Place a tsp of the filling onto each, wrap them closed and roll them out lightly. Bake the Khachapuri in a heated pan without oil.
