  • biscuits - 1 packet of honey biscuits
  • cream - 2 packets
  • milk - 3 1/3 cups (800 ml)
  • sugar - 2/3 cup (150 g)
  • butter - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • liquid cream - 2/5 cup (100 ml)

How to make

Make the cream according to packet directions. Arrange a layer of honey biscuits. Smear on a layer of cream. Arrange 3 layers in this order. Smear the very top with cream.

Make a caramel sauce as follows: melt the sugar, add the butter and stir. Once the sugar and butter have mixed well, remove the container from the stove. Add the liquid cream while stirring nonstop.

Return the container to the stove and stir until you get a smooth sauce. Let the sauce cool (be careful not to have it thicken too much) and pour it over the cake.
