How to make
Cut the chicken fillets into strips. Season them with salt and roll them in the chicken breading. Beat the eggs.
Heat the oil in a suitable container. Dip the chicken fillets in the eggs and braise them until golden on both sides. Drain on paper towels.
Make the garlic sauce by mixing the mayonnaise with the yoghurt. Add the pressed garlic clove.
Serve the chicken fingers with the garlic sauce. Garnish with a slice of lemon and fresh parsley.
