How to make
Cut the chicken fillet into suitable pieces and marinate them for about an hour with the pesto, spices, olive oil and lemon juice.
Cut the bacon into cubes, chop the peppers, onions and mushrooms. Put them on the skewers, alternating between the products. Sprinkle with spices on top once again and season with salt.
Heat the grill and cook the skewers on all sides to a brown crisp. Serve with a suitable garnish.
