  • eggs - 3
  • milk - 1 cup
  • water - 1/2 cup
  • salt - 1/2 tbsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • butter - for smearing

How to make

Beat the eggs. Add the water and milk and stir. Add the salt and flour in lots. Keep stirring and add flour until you get a pancake dough. Add a pinch of baking soda as well.

Heat a saucepan, smear it with butter and pour a ladle of the dough in it. Spread it along the bottom of the pan. Fry until it gets a brown crisp.

Flip it on the other side and fry the same way. Smear the ready pancake with butter. Repeat this process with the rest of the pancake dough.

Serve with feta cheese or your favorite jam, liquid chocolate and ayran. You can also use them to make a sweet or salty pancake cake.
