How to make
Truly an easy and quick-to-make chocolate fudge that you can serve with just the glaze or garnish with seasonal fruits.
Stir the flour, sugar and cocoa, then add the milk in which you've extinguished the baking soda. Stir and add the oil and vanilla. Bake the cake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven for 40-45 min.
Once it cools well, pour hot syrup over the fudge. To make the syrup, boil the compote juice, sugar and lemon essence.
Once the fudge soaks up the syrup well, make a glaze from the remaining ingredients (sugar, milk, butter and cocoa by boiling them in a casserole) and pour it over the fudge.
Serve once the glaze solidifies well, and decorate if desired with coconut flakes, fruits etc.
