How to make
Beat the eggs with the sugar, add the oil, milk, flour, lemon zest and the starch that's been mixed with the baking powder. Divide the mixture into 2 parts, add the cocoa to one of them.
In a buttered cake form, pour some of the cocoa dough first, arrange the biscuits on top, then yellow dough on top and finally the jam.
Bake the cake in a moderate oven.
If desired, you can sprinkle with almonds or coconut flakes.
