Ingredients

  • milk - 2/3 cup (150 g)

  • coffee - 1 tsp
  • cocoa - 3 tbsp
  • flour - 2 cups

How to make

Beat the eggs and sugar in a bowl with a mixer, add the milk and oil. Then add the baking powder, vanilla, walnuts, cocoa and coffee.

Crumble the chocolate in a bowl and melt it in a water bath, pour it into the other ingredients while stirring. Finally, add the flour, stir and bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven for about 25 min.

Once baked, let it cool and begin making the chocolate glaze.

Crumble the chocolate for it in a bowl and put the 3 tbsp oil, don't stir until the chocolate melts. Once the chocolate has melted, pour it over the baked brownie and let the chocolate harden for 3-4 hours.
