Ingredients

  • coconut oil - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • brown chocolate - 2.8 oz (80 g)
  • brown sugar - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • agave - 2.8 oz (80 g) or honey
  • salt - a pinch
  • aquafaba - 3.5 oz (100 g) the liquid from a tin/jar of chickpeas
  • vanilla - 2 tsp.
  • instant coffee - 2 tsp.
  • flour - 4.2 oz (120 g)
  • chocolate drops - or finely chopped chocolate

How to make

Heat the oven to 360°F (180°C) and line a tray with baking paper.

Melt the coconut oil with the chocolate in a pot over medium heat. Once melted, remove it from the heat and add the brown sugar, honey or agave and a pinch of salt. Mix well with a whisk.

Add the aquafaba, vanilla and coffee. Then the flour. After everything is well mixed, add the chocolate drops and mix carefully with a spatula.

The mixture is distributed in the baking tray and the delicious brownie is baked for 35 minutes, by not leaving it in longer or taking it out sooner.

After it is baked, it is left to cool and if you like you can slice the vegan brownies and add ice cream to them :)
