Ingredients

  • dark chocolate - 7 oz (200 g)
  • butter - 7 oz (200 g)
  • sugar - 7 oz (200 g)
  • eggs - 4
  • flour - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • walnuts - 3.5 oz (100 g)

How to make

Crumble the chocolate into pieces, add the butter and melt it all in a water bath. Stir until fully dissolved and mixed, in order to obtain a smooth mixture.

Crumble the walnuts coarsely, beat the eggs together with the sugar into a thin foam. Sift the flour with the baking powder. Mix all the ingredients in a deep bowl and stir well.

Pour the prepared mixture into a baking form laid out with baking paper and smooth it out well. Bake 25 min. in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven. Cut it into squares after it cools a bit.
