How to make
Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork. Beat the eggs with the sugar and a pinch of salt using a mixer or whisk.
Let the butter soften at room temperature and then add it to the sugar and egg mixture. Sift the flour in a separate container (it turns out better this way).
Pour the baking powder into the flour and stir, then gradually add it to the other ingredients. Put in the mashed bananas and stir well. Optionally, you can add 1 vanilla packet.
Oil a baking dish and sprinkle it lightly with flour. Pour the mixture into it. Bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven. Tasty and aromatic! Enjoy!
