  • cucumbers - 2
  • tomatoes - 4
  • green onions - 1 bunch
  • peppers - 1
  • red onions - 2 heads
  • parsley - 1 bunch
  • mint - 1 bunch
  • lemon juice - 2 tbsp
  • olive oil - 1/2 cup
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • salt - 2 pinches

How to make

Finely chop the green onions, garlic, parsley and mint. Clean the tomatoes of their seeds and dice them finely.

Cut the red onions into slices. Chop the pepper and cucumbers finely.

In a bowl, mix the tomatoes, cucumbers, chopped pepper, red onions, green onions, parsley, mint and garlic.

Stir, add the lemon juice, olive oil and salt and stir once again.

Serve immediately. This salad is suitable as a garnish for different kinds of meat.
