Ingredients

  • pork - 17.5 oz (500 g) clod + 17.5 oz (500 g) neck
  • olive oil - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • tomatoes - 14 oz (400 g), diced
  • thyme - 1 tsp
  • vegetable broth - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • onions - 5 heads
  • ham - 12.5 oz (350 g)
  • parsley - 1/2 bunch

How to make

Cut the 2 types of meat into coarse pieces, season with black pepper, olive oil and put them in an oven dish, pour in the broth, cover with foil and put in the oven at 390°F (200 °C) for an hour to bake.

Chop the onions into crescents, the ham into strips.

Take the oven dish out of the oven, remove the foil and put in the onions, ham, diced tomatoes and season to taste.

Put it back in the oven at 360°F (180 °C) and bake until the meat gets a golden brown color, about 25 min., stirring periodically.

Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
