How to make
Dissolve the gelatin in 4- 5 tablespoons of cool water, while stirring continuously. Allow it to sit for 10 minutes, to swell.
Heat the confectionery cream, add the powdered sugar and vanilla. Mix and add the gelatin. At the bottom of 5-6 cookie cutter shapes, arrange fruit and pour on the resulting cream.
Leave the shapes in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
