How to make
Make the stuffing by whipping the yoghurt, eggs, sugar, flour and baking soda together.
Take 2 phyllo pastry sheets at a time and smear them with stuffing, arrange pieces of sliced Turkish delight and roll them up. Arrange the sheets in a baking dish. Leave a little of the stuffing aside to place on top of the pie.
After arranging all of the phyllo pastry, smear with the remaining mixture on top and bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven. Once done, wait for it to cool and pour on the hot syrup.
Sprinkle it with walnuts (optional) on top. Bon appetit!
