Ingredients

  • salt - 1 tablespoon
  • sugar - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • vinegar - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • oil - 1 2/3 cups (400 ml)
  • tomato paste - 2 jars
  • carrots - 28 oz (800 g)
  • peppers - 4.5 lb (2 kg) red
  • pickles - 1 jar
  • peas - 1 jar
  • beans - 2 lb (1 kg)

How to make

For the carrots, make a marinade: boil 1 1/5 cups (300 ml) oil, 2/5 cup (100 ml) vinegar, 2/5 cup (100 g) sugar, 1 tablespoon of salt and black pepper.

Boil the beans. To them, add the peas, the pickles, chopped into wheels and the peppers, cut into strips. Once the carrots are boiled, cut them into slices and add them to the other ingredients.

Add the tomato paste and stir. Fry oil and pour it over the salad. Put it in jars in boiling for 20 minutes until the jars are all sterilized.
