  • potatoes - 6 - 7 large
  • carrots - 2
  • jerky - 7 oz (200 g) homemade
  • paprika - 1 tablespoon
  • flour - 2 tablespoons
  • onions - 1 head
  • black pepper
  • bay leaf
  • salt - to taste
  • butter
  • oil

How to make

First boil the jerky in a pot. When almost ready, add the diced potatoes. Wash the carrots and cut them into rings directly into the pot.

Chop the onion finely and add it as well. Add the butter, oil, black pepper, bay leaf and salt to taste. Add water.

Once it comes to a boil, add the paprika and flour. Leave on the heat for another 50 min.
