  • cream cheese
  • olives
  • carrots

How to make

This is a unique addition to the Christmas table. Cut the carrots into slices. Cut out a triangle from the slices that will serve as the beak (see photo).

Remove the pits of the olives, dividing them into two. Grease your hands very lightly with oil. Take some cheese and shape it into a ball by rolling it in your hands.

Place each ball on a carrot slice. Put the two parts of the olive as wings. Remove the pit of another olive, but try not to divide it in 2. This will serve as the head of the penguin.

Pierce it with a toothpick and then join it with the body. Insert the beak. :D

Besides being beautiful, these penguins are very tasty. And most important of all - no animals were harmed during the preparation of this dish!
