How to make
Sift the flour into a bowl, add the melted lard, powdered sugar, vanilla and lemon zest.
Add the baking powder to the yogurt, give it a minute to activate and add it to the flour mix.
Knead a soft, non-sticky dough.
Cut the Turkish delight into pieces. Take a piece of dough, the size of a walnut, and insert a piece of Turkish delight in the middle.
Arrange your snowballs on a tray covered with baking paper.
Preheat the oven to 360°F (180 degrees) and bake for 15 minutes, until golden brown.
Once baked, dust abundantly with powdered sugar.
