How to make
In a bowl, beat the melted butter and sugar into a foam. Add the eggs and mix. Add salt, baking soda, nuts and enough flour until you get a soft dough.
Leave it in the fridge and roll out a thin crust the next day. Use star-shaped cookie cutters to cut out stars, brush each one with beaten egg yolk and garnish with almonds.
Bake for 6-8 minutes in a hot oven.
