How to make
Beat the softened butter in a bowl with the powdered sugar, egg yolks, cocoa diluted with water and milk. Add the flour and knead a dough.
Leave it aside for 1 hour and then roll it out. Cut cookies out with a cookie cutter, then bake them in a moderate oven for 15 minutes.
When cool, use jam to glue them two by two. You can glaze them with chocolate or smear them with jam, then roll the cookies in crushed walnuts.
