"An aromatic trout with a crunchy almond crust - a lunch I`m not sharing with anyone."

Ingredients

  • trout - 3 fish
  • almonds - 3 tablespoons, sliced
  • egg - 1 white
  • salt - to taste
  • oil - for frying

How to make

Clean the fish and remove the backbone carefully without removing the head.

Beat the egg white and add the almonds, while stirring. Roll the fillet side in the almonds and fry it in oil until golden.

Flip it to the skin side and fry for another 3 minutes.

Serve immediately.
