- tomatoes - 17.5 oz (500 g)
- champignons - 9 oz (250 g)
- boletus - 9 oz (250 g)
- onions - 2 heads
- herring - 4, drained and cleaned of bones
- mayonnaise - 1 package
- cottage cheese - 2 tablespoons
- oil - 1 tablespoon
- butter - 1 tablespoon
measuresHow to make
Stew the cleaned and chopped mushrooms in the butter. Cut the tomatoes, herring and onions into small cubes and add the stewed mushrooms.
Mix the mayonnaise with the cottage cheese and oil. Pour the resulting sauce to the vegetables and fish.
