How to make
Cut the cleaned vegetables and fruits into bite-sized pieces, leaving the grapes whole. Prepare compote jars, fill them with the fruits and vegetables.
Put 1 tsp salt, 1 tablespoon sugar, 3 aspirins and 2-3 allspice grains in each jar. Prepare a boiling marinade of vinegar and water and add it into the jars. Stuff celery leaves and stalks on top.
Close the jars immediately and flip them over. Throughout the next 7-10 days, shake the pickles every other day.
