How to make
Wash and finely grate the pear on a cheese grater. Put the butter to melt on medium heat and add the grated pear to it. Add the sugar.
Stew the pear for 3-4 minutes and add the milk to it. Once the milk comes to a boil, add the semolina to it in a thin stream. Add the cinnamon.
Everything is boiled for 5-7 minutes and then remove from the heat. Wait 2 - 3 minutes for the semolina to thicken and pour it into dessert bowls.
