How to make
Wash, clean and cut the potatoes, peppers, onions and tomatoes into cubes.
Spread them in a greased baking dish and sprinkle with spices. Bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven until ready.
Shortly before removing from the oven, add the beaten egg and sprinkle the dish with spices.
