Ingredients

  • fish - 5 fillets of white fish
  • olives - 2/3 cup (150 g), Kalamata
  • tomatoes - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • balsamic vinegar - 2 tbsp
  • thyme
  • black pepper

How to make

Mix the chopped tomatoes with the olives and thyme. Arrange the fillets in an oven dish, sprinkle with salt and black pepper.

On top, distribute the tomato mixture, sprinkle with olive oil and bake in a highly heated oven for about 10-15 min.

A sauce will be released during baking, mix it with the vinegar and baste the fish with it upon serving.
