How to make
Open up the puff pastry and place the chocolate in it.
Cut the puff pastry into 1 wide strips and cover every other row of chocolate with the strips, alternating between left and right.
Remove the excess puff pastry and seal the top and bottom.
Smear with egg yolk and bake in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven for 15 min.
