How to make
Wash the vegetables, clean and chop them. In a pot, saute the leeks and once they become transparent, add the peppers, eggplants and potatoes. After 2-3 min., throw in the tomatoes.
Stir the dish and let it simmer on the heat until all of the ingredients are fully boiled, stirring periodically so it doesn't burn.
15 min. before taking it off the stove, add the chopped garlic, salt, turmeric and paprika. Sprinkle the cooked dish with parsley leaves and serve.
