How to make
Place the diced vegetables in an oiled oven dish. Sprinkle with salt, savory and black pepper.
Put the veggies in a preheated oven. Bake until the sauce that the tomatoes have released evaporates.
In the meantime, prepare the topping for the moussaka. Put the diced tofu, a little paprika for color, 2 tbsp olive oil, the flour and 1 cup of water (or more) in a blender.
The goal here is to get a sludge similar to the topping used in the classical moussaka recipe.
Pour the topping over the veggies in the oven dish and bake another 10-15 min. until it forms an appetizing crust.
