How to make
Put the tomatoes in boiling water for 30 sec., then peel and cut them, removing the seeds.
Put the finely chopped lamb, cinnamon, butter, coriander, parsley and onions in a pot and saute for 5 min.
Add the tomatoes and continue cooking another 10 min. Wash the lentils and add them, along with the chickpeas and 2 1/2 cups (600 ml) water.
Season with salt and pepper, bring to a boil and keep boiling on low heat for 90 min.
Throw in the baby onions and cook 30 more min. Add the vermicelli 5 min. before removing from the stove.
