How to make
Combine the crushed garlic, chili sauce, olive oil, lime juice and chopped mint leaves in a bowl.
Clean the pre-thawed shrimp. If they were not frozen, soak them in cold water beforehand, to protect them from burning on the grill.
Smear the shrimp with the marinade, you can leave them for 10 min. to season. Then smear them once again and put them on a heated grill.
Grill 3-4 min. on each side - until the shrimp are ready.
Serve the shrimp skewers with a salad of cucumbers, mango, lettuce and cherry tomatoes.
