How to make
Mash the meat. Soak the bulgur in water for 15 min. Drain it, then blend it with the chili pepper, onions, half the meat, salt and black pepper.
To make the stuffing, braise the onions and pine nuts for 5 min. Add the allspice and meat and braise until the meat browns.
Add the coriander, salt and black pepper. Form the bulgur mixture into a cake shape and cut it into 2 triangles.
Shape each triangle like a meatball and fill it with the mixture. Use your hands to make them round and then fry.
