How to make
Cut the mushrooms into slices and sauté them in the butter and some water. Once softened, add the finely chopped cheese and chicken. Season them with spices and diced parsley and stir.
Fill the pancakes with the stuffing and roll them up into small pockets. Arrange them in a greased baking tray, sprinkle them with grated cheese and put them to bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven for about 5-10 minutes.
