How to make
Pour 1 cup of mineral water over the sugar and rosemary and bring to a boil on low heat.
Once the sugar dissolves, remove from the stove and add the remaining mineral water. Leave it for 30 min. and then filter it.
Remove the seeds from the watermelon and cut the soft part into small pieces, then blend. Filter through a sieve. Blend the strawberries with the watermelon juice, sugar syrup and leave them to cool.
Squeeze out the juice from the lemons, pour it into the mixture and leave for 2 hours in the fridge. Serve in tall glasses, filled halfway with the lemonade and top off with carbonated water.
