  • pears - 4
  • chocolate - 4 oz (120 g)
  • milk - 1/2 cup (120 ml)
  • sugar - 2 tsp
  • ice cream - 4 scoops, vanilla
  • almonds - 1 tbsp

How to make

Cut the pears in half and remove the seeds. Cut each half into several more slices.

Melt the chocolate with the milk and sugar in a water bath.

Put each pear in a serving plate and pour on the chocolate sauce, put a scoop of ice cream on each and sprinkle with almonds.

Serve immediately.
