How to make
Braise the chicken with the butter and oil. Transfer it to a deep tray. Braise the chopped onions until browned.
Add the flour, stir and pour in the wine, broth, mustard and spices. Bring the mixture to a boil. Separate the garlic cloves but don't peel them.
Add 30 of them to the chicken, along with the thyme. Finally, add the onion mixture to the chicken, stir and bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven for 90 min.
