How to make
Wash and clean the chicken. Put the finely chopped garlic in it and sew the opening closed.
Mix the softened butter with the savory, a little salt and black pepper. Smear the chicken with this flavorful butter mix.
Place it in a tray and bake for 1 hour in a moderate oven. From time to time, pour some of the water and juice from the baking over the chicken.
At the end of baking, add a little water (2-3 tbsp) to the tray to deglaze and dissolve the brown burn from the bottom.
